The Collegio di Maria di Piana degli Albanesi is an active religious community managed by the Collegine Sisters of the Holy Family. We put our house at your disposal to offer you an experience ofreligious hospitality. We remind you that the Collegio di Maria is not a structure dedicated to tourist reception. The rooms in which we will host you are simple and minimal monastic cells that cannot and must not in any way be considered rooms of a tourist accommodation facility. If you are looking for different standards than those we propose and offer, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel and tourist reception facilities. basic and minimal as cells intended for cloistered nuns must be.
We would therefore be grateful if you would respect our Home as if it were your own. The reservation, and even more the entrance of the guests in the Collegio di Maria di Piana degli Albanesi, confirms the acceptance of these Regulations. These rules are sanctioned and dictated by common sense and mutual respect. The Guest cannot impute the consequences of any failure to read these conditions by him or by the other guests.
General conditions
Upon their arrival, Guests are required to register by handing over valid identity documents which must be the same ones used during the booking.
The prices indicated are to be understood as minimum contributions offered to the Collegio di Maria to support religious activities and are intended per day or per week unless otherwise indicated. Discounts are available for weekly stays. For stays of less than 7 days, however, daily prices apply.
Reservations are made exclusively on the website www.visitpiana.com which offers this Collegio free of charge the technological support of the booking system and which is implicitly and unlimitedly relieved of any activity carried out and conducted by the Collegio di Maria di Piana degli Albanesi. By booking on the site, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions applied exclusively by the Collegio di Maria, relieving the site www.visitpiana.com of any liability.
By booking on the website www.visitpiana.com you accept that your data will be temporarily used by the Collegio to finalize your stay.
At the end of your stay, a receipt will be issued by the Collegio di Maria for the benefit of the guest who made the reservation and valid only for the number of people declared at the time of booking (including children and infants). Any additions of people before or during the rental period are permitted only if previously agreed, as the price may vary.
A possible modification of the reservation (transfer of one's reservation to others, variation of the participants or of the period of stay) can be examined by us, based on the characteristics of the Collegio di Maria di Piana degli Albanesi and its availability and acceptance will be communicated to the customer, together with any price change.
The Guest is required to immediately report any damage or loss caused by him or his cohabitants during the stay. A manager of the structure will check the room and the appurtenances at the end of the period of stay.
Any balances must be paid by the Guest upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys. Any extras must be paid by the Guest upon departure, when returning the keys.
The final cleaning of the room is included in the indicated price.
Each bed is equipped with a bedspread, sheet, pillow, mattress and mattress cover.
Towels are included in the price.
The consumption of electricity, gas and water is included in the price.
The tourist tax, if any, is excluded.
The reception of Guests takes place from 11:00 to 17:00 (for special needs, the time must be agreed via email or by telephone. Guests must return no later than 23:00 each evening, barring unforeseen events and prior notice.
"Extraneous" people (non-resident relatives and friends) cannot be brought into the rooms and/or premises of the College without the permission of the Head.
To allow rearrangement in view of the arrival of new guests, the release of the room (check-out) must take place no later than 10:00 on the day of departure (under penalty of paying the cost of an entire day). Customers who, for any reason, should depart earlier than the established day, are not entitled to any refund for the unused rental period. Refunds cannot be recognized even in the case of delayed arrivals. Any extensions to the stay will be agreed and regulated at the time.
In the event of damage to the furnishings, the cost of the same purchased new will be charged.
During the lease, we reserve the right to enter the room to carry out ordinary maintenance work, subject to notice. In the event of breakdowns, these must be reported promptly in order to be able to provide for the appropriate repairs as soon as possible, compatibly with the nature and extent of the breakdown.
